Bookings
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and NZ dollars.
We require card type. cardholders name, number and expiry date.
No deposit is taken but these details will secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business we have to adhere to a cancellation policy
- within 7 days - 30% penalty charge of total reserved accommodation
- within 2 days - 100% charge of total.
If we can rebook for you - you will not incur a charge.
We recommend travel insurance.
Check In - 2.30-6pm unless by prior arrangement
Check Out - 8am-10.30 am unless by prior arrangement
A minimum of 3 nights is suggested for our Bay of Islands accommodation due to the variety of activities in the area.
